Favorite lego fire trucks

I have 5 top favorite firetrucks by Lego.  

With just a few pieces, the trucks below resemble real trucks in my opinion. Not sure why I was thinking about these.

The 2 trucks Below show the airport firetrucks.  Never want to see these used but enjoy the realism 

 

 The truck below shows a basic and all purpose vehicle for small fires.  I like all the tools present as well as the scene present.

The 2 hook and ladder trucks below top my list of favorites.  I don't have a particular reason except that I don't see any of these where I live...we just have the smaller trucks.  I like the 2 styles of hook and ladders as I've seen trucks with an older "box/square" appearance of 1 vs the more modern appearance of the second newer model.

Thank heavens for brave people (and minifigures!) who know how to use these trucks to save lives.  

The unnamed fancy legoland building.  

In most every city sets there is a building that really sticks out as the tallest building when it's present on the skyline of lego city

It is very ornate and has been present for multiple years and multiple sets.  Examples are shown below...

In a catalog diorama pic shown below, the building is lit up.  Looks like a tower where people either work or clean at night

Above: It's also the only building in the skyline that shows visibly/clearly pieces that make it (shown above). These elements are an antenna (aerial whip), ladder upside down and a cone.  The main part of the tower is slit tiles in the frame of an H 

At times the tower appears connected to a lower building like big ben or Notre Dame.

The building even is present in city books for kids...these 3 books below and pictures are from lego and Helen Murphy . 

Finally..my last observation of this building

Above: The building was featured in the toys r us truck set but the lower tower doesn't show the slit tiles that every other picture shows

So in conclusion, I just wanted to know what this tower does and if is it old or purposely ornate for being a new building???  Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated!

2nd example

The planets are different, the numbers are different due to the European vs American version as well as the astronaut positions are different and the flat plate has a crater built out of lego vs premolded!!

Using pics from google images and websites with pics of boxes i.e. Brickset esp. and instruction books I was able to come up with a collection of the lego background art to try to identify the planets that the classic space explorers were looking for...

FIRST TYPE:NON DESCRIPT PLAIN PLANETS

These might have been simple moons?..I dont think Darth Vader had built the death star yet??:)

THE SECOND PLANETS:EARTH LIKE WITH liquid AND VEGETATION

I notice that in particular there is a black/yellow/black patch on the surface noted on 6921 6847 6823 and 6711.  All the pics were from Brickset or screenshots with the site from google images and thank you to the people that took these

Still mad I paid a fortune for this without box or instructions not realizing the surface explorer and Star Fleet Voyager? Make this set at 1/2 the cost...maybe that's my red face when I realized...also had it imported from canada..dumb

FINALLY, THE JUPITER LIKE PLANET WITH A SEVERE STORM EYE ON SURFACE

926, 918, 6892, 6841 have a clear black line area and red stripe appearance so I'm pretty sure they're the same

6930 and 483 may or may not be the same planet or just a different angle
483 has a storm surface spot which I find interesting...I saw a tv show about the JUPITER storm that is similar and just to finish this blog am attaching amazing info here thanks to wikipedia...

No wonder it took a galaxy explorer to discover the vast amount of lego planets...
