I found sets at Dollar General in 2016 called Structures by Block Tech.
The boxes looked like this

I found multiples and found the pieces were good with a lot of tiles that I wanted to use for a subway or train car
In the end this is what I had

So eventually I'll have a subway train!
Other people have had bad issues with this brand but I've been happy.
